The Exercise Your Faith 5K Walk & Run is where faith meets fitness. An experience designed to strengthen both your body and your spirit. This event brings together believers, wellness advocates, and families for a powerful day of movement, worship, and connection. Participants of all fitness levels are welcome to walk or run the 5K, enjoy worship, and explore our local vendors featuring faith-based brands, wellness products, food, and community resources. More than just a race, this is an opportunity to come together in fellowship, celebrate purpose, and move forward in faith.
